FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How are the prints shipped?
All prints below US$100 are shipped flat and those above this amount will be shipped in a tube. All prints are shipped by air. You can expect your print order to arrive within 14 days from the date you place your order. Orders within Kuala Lumpur will be delivered by hand. We ship to anywhere in the world. The buyer is responsible for all duties and taxes when the goods enter the country of destination. The buyer is also responsible for handling any customs clearance requirements.

What if I don't like the prints when they arrive?
If your order is damaged during shipping, or there has been a mistake in the images you have ordered, then we will replace the damaged or misprinted items. For those interested in wholesale order and are unsure about the quality of work that you will receive, we recommend that you make an initial small order, to confirm that they will be produced to your satisfaction, and then make your larger order.

How do I place an order?
To place an order, just click on Add to cart and follow the link to a secured website. For Wholesale Orders, please email us at A Kasim Abas with details of your order, ship to address and preferred payment method (see next item). We will get back to you with a Total Cost Invoice, including shipping and handling and any applicable taxes.

What Payment Methods do you accept?
a. Payment by Credit Cards (American Express, Discovery, MasterCard and Visa through secured website)
b. Payment by Mail: Bank Draft or Telegraphic Transfer (for wholesale order only)
c. Payment by cheque: For local purchases only. Prints will be sent once the cheque has been cleared.
